Chocolate & Hazelnut Sourdough

A delicious combination of sweet and savory. A slightly dense loaf with generous chunks of dark chocolate and chopped pieces of hazelnuts. The slight tang of the sourdough balances out the richness of the double chocolate blend of the dutch process cocoa and chunks of dark chocolate. Serve warm, with plenty of butter for your morning or evening snack.

Ingredients: Enriched flour(unbleached hard red flour, enzyme), salt, water, whole-0wheat flour(unbleached hard red flour), rye flour, 72% dark chocolate(chocolate liquor, cane sugar, cocoa butter), dutch process cocoa powder, hazelnuts and sourdough starter(wild yeast culture).
