Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Cake with Cinnamon & Pecan Streusel

A rich chocolate cake made extra moist with the addition of pumpmin puree. The flavor of the pumpkin is undetectable. It is mainly there to provide the added moisture to the cake, while the addition of espresso, cinnamon, and nutmeg enhance and balance out the rich, velvety chocolate. The pecan and cinnamon streusel pairs well with the richness of the cake and adds that additional texture and earthiness to complete the dessert.
