Cinnamon & Raisin Sourdough

I use my base sourdough recipe with the addition of ground cinnamon and nutmeg mixed within the flour, plus add-ins of rehydrated raisins(keeps them plump and juicy!), and a butter spread made of cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar and vanilla extract, swirled throughout. 

Ingredients: Enriched flour(unbleached hard red wheat flour, enzymes), whole-wheat flour(unbleached hard red wheat flour), rye flour, salt, water, butter(milk), ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, brown sugar, vanilla extract(water, vanilla pods, alocohol), and sourdough starter(wild yeast culture).
