Five Ancient Grains Artisan Bread

A hearty, flavorful and nutrient dense loaf of bread. I grind a blend of rolled oats, steel cut oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and flax seeds to add to the mixture of bread and whole-wheat flour as well as coating the entire outside of the loaf. In addition to being a good source of fiber and protein, this bread has amazing texture and flavor.

Ingredients: Enriched flour(unbleached hard red wheat flour, enzymes), whole-wheat flour(unbleached hard red wheat flour), salt, water, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, rolled oats, steel cut oats and sourdough starter(wild yeast culture).
