Harvest Bread

The Harvest bread is a perfect loaf for when those temperatures begin to drop, the days grow shorter, the leaves change color and smell of wood burning fireplaces and apple cider is in the air. Made with dried cranberries, golden raisins, chopped pecans and a spice blend of nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon.

Ingredients: Enriched flour(unbleached hard red wheat flour, enzyme), whole-wheat flour(unbleached hard red wheat flour), salt, water, dried cranberries, golden raisins, pecans, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, ground cinnamon and sourdough starter(wild yeast culture).
