Jalapeño & Cheddar Artisan Bread

Over 8 ounces of rich, sharp cheddar cheese and coarsely chopped jalapeño make up this light, fluffy and crispy crust loaf of bread. Perfect on it's own or used with with favorite sandwich.

Ingredients: Enriched flour(unbleached hard red wheat flour, enzyme), whole-wheat flour(unbleached hard red wheat flour), salt, water, jalapeño, sharp cheddar cheese(cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annatto) and sourdough starter(wild yeast culture).
