Lemon & Crème Fraîche Tart

A perfect blend of sweet and sour. The lemon custard is made with fresh lemon juice, lemon zest and my own vanilla crème fraîche and set inside a fresh baked pâte sucrée, made with almond meal and a hint of ginger. Topped with some Italian meringue and a medley of fresh fruit.

Ingredients: Enriched flour(unbleached hard red wheat flour, enzyme), almond meal(ground almonds), powdered sugar, salt, butter(milk), egg, fresh ginger, crème fraîche(heavy cream, cultured reduced fat milk, butter granules, (churned cream), vitamin A palmitate and vitamin D3), sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest.
