Mini Pumpkin Pie Tartlettes

The crust is made with generous amounts of butter, cream cheese, and crushed pecans. It is soft and slightly chewy and resembles more of a cookie than a traditional tart or pie crust. Each one is baked with my own pumpkin pie filling and topped with a dollop of fresh made whipped cream that has a hint of seasonal spices.

Ingredients: Enriched flour(unbleached hard red wheat flour, enzymes), salt, butter(milk), eggs, pumpkin puree, sugar, pecans, ground spices(cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, cloves), heavy cream(milk), cream cheese(pasteurized milk & cream, salt, carob bean gum) and vanilla extract(vanilla bean extractives in water & alcohol).
