Mixed Berry Tart

Our fruit tart starts with a buttery and crisp, Pâte Sucrée(sweet crust), filled wth a rich and velvety vanilla pastry cream and adorned with a blend of fresh strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.  After which, an apricot glaze is applied.

Ingredients:  Enriched flour(unbleached hard red wheat flour flour, enzymes), butter(milk), eggs, salt, sugar, cornstarch, milk(Grade A milk, vitamin D3), almond meal(ground almonds), vanilla extract(vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol), strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.
