Olive & Herbs Artisan Bread

A personal favorite and one of the best sellers, this bread is made with Castelvetrano olives, lemon zest and dried Herbes of Provence. This bread stands on it's own, but pair with some goat cheese or use it for your favorite sandwich and you can't lose!

Ingredients: Enriched flour(unbleached hard red wheat flour, enzyme), whole-wheat flour(unbleached hard red wheat flour), salt, water, castelvetrano olives, lemon zest, dried Herbes of Provence(thyme, basil, marjoram, savory, rosemary, lavender, oregano, fennel, sage) and sourdough starter(wild yeast culture).
