Pumpkin Sourdough

A fun, festive sourdough, made into the shape of a pumpkin with a cinnamon stick for a stem. The loaf is made with a seasonal spice blend of ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice and cloves, as well a brown sugar and pumpkin puree.  Best served warm, with a generous portion of our whipped pumpkin butter.  Also great with cream cheese or goat cheese!

Ingredients: Enriched flour(unbleached hard red wheat flour,  enzymes), salt, water, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, seasonal spice blend(ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, clove) and sourdough starter(wild yeast culture).
