Rosemary & Garlic Artisan Bread

Full disclosure, no punches are pulled when it comes to garlic in this loaf!

Baked with a satisfyingly crunchy crust, soft chewy open crumb with freshly chopped rosemary and super charged with a whole bulb of lightly roasted garlic per loaf. That's approximately 12 cloves! There's no such thing as too much garlic!

Ingredients: Enriched flour(unbleached hard red wheat flour, enzyme), whole-wheat flour(unbleached hard red wheat flour), water, salt, rosemary, garlic and sourdough starter(wild yeast culture).
