My artisan sourdough bread is crafted with a carefully balanced blend of high-protein bread flour and freshly milled organic whole wheat flour, creating a loaf rich in flavor and character. Slow-fermented for depth and complexity, each loaf is baked until the crust develops a beautifully caramelized, golden-brown finish with a satisfying crispness. Inside, the crumb is open and airy, with a tender chew and the distinctive tang that sourdough lovers crave. Rustic, wholesome, and deeply flavorful, it's equally at home alongside a hearty meal or simply enjoyed warm with a generous spread of butter
Ingredients: Enriched flour(unbleached hard red wheat flour, enzymes), whole-wheat flour(unbleached hard red wheat flour), salt, water and sourdough starter(wild yeast culture).
