Sourdough English Muffins

Light, chewy and rich with flavor. These English muffins are made with a blend of high protein flours and a large helping of our own sourdough discard to give them that good chew and rich flavor.

* Never cut these with a knife. Instead, use a fork to perferate the edge of the muffin and pull apart to preserve all those nooks and crannies!

Ingredients: Enriched flour(unbleached hard red wheat flour,  enzymes), salt, water, sugar, yeast, egg, butter(milk), corn meal(degerminated white corn meal, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, vitamin B), milk(milk, vitamin D3) and sourdough discard(wild yeast culture).
