The fourth in my series of sourdough cookies, my lemon crinkle cookies are made with a generous amount of freshly squeezed lemon juice, lemon zest and lemon extract. Each bite delivers a chewy, moist, sweet & sour experience!

Ingredients: Enriched flour(unbleached hard red wheat flour, enzymes), egg, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, butter(milk), baking powder, baking soda, salt, vanilla extract(water, vanilla bean extractives and alcohol), lemon extract(alcohol, water, and oil of lemon) and sourdough discard(wild yeast culture).
