Sourdough Peanut Butter Cookies

A very rich, moist and chewy peanut butter cookie. Made with my sourdough discard, as well as European style butter, eggs and both granulated and brown sugars.

Ingredients: Enriched flour(unbleached hard red wheat flour, enzymes), eggs, butter(milk), sugar, salt, vanilla extract(water, cane alcohol, cane sugar, Madagascar vanilla bean extractives), pranut butter(roasted peanuts, sugar, hydronated vegetable oil(cottonseed, soybean and rapeseed oil) to prevent seperation, salt), baking soda, baking powder and sourdough discard(wild yeast culture).
