Sourdough Pumpkin & Pecan Cookies

Made with pumpkin puree, crushed pecans, sourdough discard, and a blend of 3 seaaonal spices. Then, topped with a rich, chocolate drizzle. These cookies are light, slightly "cakey" in texture, and very moist.

Ingredients: Enriched flour(unbleached hard red wheat flour, enzymes), salt, sugar, butter(milk), baking soda, baking powder, ground spices(cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger), eggs, pumpkin puree, pecans, vanilla extract(vanilla bean extractives in water and alcohol), dark chocolate(chocolate liquor, cane sugar, cocoa butter), semi-sweet chocolate(sugar, chocolate, cocoa butter, milkfat, soy licithin and natural flavors) and sourdough discard(wild yeast culture).
