Cheddar & Chives Scones

These delicious, savory scones are made with sharp cheddar cheese, freshly chopped chives and our own sourdough "discard". The discard gives these scones a lighter less dense interior, while still maintaining a perfect flaky and crumbly exterior.

Ingedients: Enriched flour(unbleached hard red wheat flour), baking soda, baking powder, salt, egg, butter(milk), buttermilk(cultured reduced fat milk, butter granules, vitamin A palimate & vitamin D3), cheddar cheese(cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annato), chives & sourdough starter(wild yeast culture).
