Sourdough Rolls

Light and fluffy rolls, perfect for your favorite sandwich or as a dinner roll served warm with a tab of butter. Made with just minimal ingredients, strong bread flour, salt, olive oil, yeast and for added flavor and texture, a good portion of my sourdough discard. These rolls are light & fluffy with a subtle sourdough flavor and a delicate chew. Each roll measures out to approximately 4"x6".

Ingredients: Enriched flour(unbleached hard red wheat flour, enzymes), water, salt, olive oil, yeast and sourdough discard(wild yeast culture).
