Whole Wheat Sourdough

Made with a blend of whole wheat flours and bread flour. This loaf is full of flavor with a light and slightly chewy interior with an open, spacious crumb.

Ingredients: Whole-wheat flour(unbleached hard red wheat flour), enriched flour (unbleached hard red wheat flour, enzymes), salt, water, rolled oats(sprinkled on top only) and sourdough starter(wild yeast culture).
