All of our breads are made by using traditional methods and minimal ingredients. The use of quality ingredients, long fermentation and wild yeasts, ensures complex flavors, open crumbs, satisfyingly chewy textures and crisp, flaky crusts.

No chemical additives of any kinds are ever used.

How to order: Currently, all breads are made to order and are baked fresh every Wednesday(*unless otherwise noted). Orders for Wednesday's bake begin on every Saturday at 8am, through to Monday by 2pm. Orders will be available for pick up on the day of the bake, between the hours of 3pm to 8pm(notifications of specific pick-up times will be sent to customers after orders are placed). 

*Due to holidays, illness or vacations, bake days may vary.
